The model represents a 6th century Greek Birme BC. The crew was made up of 50 rowers seated on two bunk rows (25 on each side) and around 10 additional soldiers. During the fighting, the rowers abandoned the trains and participated in the fights with shields and swords. A spur located on the bow of the boat was used to pour the enemy boats by piercing their sides. The boat had two governil avirons located on the stern of the boat. The main traction was done using trains, the sail being used only during long navigations. During the fights, the sail and the mast leaned towards the stern and the boat moved exclusively using the oars. The box of the model contains all the wooden parts cut in the laser, the wooden, metal and plastic filing (depending on model), the fabrics for the sails, the plans and the construction instructions.
